Central Library is a tributary of science and knowledge in university because it is an important pillar of the educational and educational process is the book which is the third pillar after the professor and the curriculum study. Most of students and visitors spend their time in its halls and among the corridors of its works. Today there are many sources of knowledge and varied with our entry into the virtual world. It’s very necessary for the library to keep technological developments which facilitate the movement of scientific research in university. So that should take care of digital library, virtualization and automatic catalogue in addition for electronic archiving to be a virtual reply deal with electronic books through the digital space. The administration of Central Library seeks to achieve better services for all kinds of researchers social, academic and non-academic. As well as providing students, professors, and researchers in prelim entry and postgraduate studies, Central Library tries to extend bridges between it and society and authorisation outside foundation by book fairs permanent and temporary and exchange experiences between it and public and private libraries, and developing the skills of workers, exchange experiences and electronic programs.
To achieve that General Secretariat aims to develops skills of working groups by training courses in virtual world to keep up with electronic learning for researcher’s need and to use from digit and virtual library. We hope to join central library with local web. Arabic and global to benefit from widely published sources and references in the world. To create suitable research ground for students and researchers by providing marketing services at competitive prices like laser discs, reproduction books, a thesis and academic magazines.
